Order Management Operator IV

Order Entry/Pre-Fulfillment

Shakopee, MN

Days: Monday – Friday (Weekends as needed)

• Shift: 1st shift
• Hours: 8–10 hours per day
• Shift Start: This role requires a flexible schedule with daily starting times ranging between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• Shift End: Standard finish time is approximately 4:30 PM, though a degree of flexibility is required for occasional overtime to meet operational demands.

The Order Management Operator IV is responsible for transferring files and updating orders process orders through 3D printer, running builds on 3D printer and post process, diagnosing and determining root cause of issue.

• Prep and build batches on 3D software
• Run builds on a 3D Printer
• Match and sort shells/molds
• Calibrate machines and equipment
• Export impressions on software
• DSA Test and listening Test
• Analyze/diagnose frequency response curve
• Mechanical and electrical assembly
• Wire and soldering components
• Capture and Restore patient setting via S&R Tool
• Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity

• Basic computer skills.
• Strong basic math, word processing/data entry skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data entry/computer skills.

• High School Diploma/GED

• 1+ year of data entry experience strongly preferred
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

Able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Able to lift 25 pounds by self and 50+ pounds with a team lift (i.e. sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, etc)

Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range from $21.00 - $27.75. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
