ERP Services Director

Our client, Robert Half, is seeking an experienced ERP Services Director to join our manufacturing team in SW Metro, Minnesota. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact on business processes and technology strategies.

In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team, including Business Analysts, Support staff, and Power Platform specialists, while aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals.

• Provide strategic leadership for the D365 F&O and Power Platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests, enhancements, and projects to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with business units to identify needs, refine processes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Oversee invoice approvals, manage financial workflows, and support team-level financial operations.
• Cultivate a culture centered on respect, motivation, growth, and accountability.
• Lead by example, offering coaching and guidance to foster team growth and success.
• Allocate resources effectively, prioritize workloads, and oversee high-level project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and governance across organizational processes.
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance business applications and workflows.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within IT or ERP services.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, backup technologies, and Cisco systems.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and configuration management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Proven track record in project management, resource allocation, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential applications in business environments.
• Ability to foster a people-first culture while driving strategic initiatives.
