Position OverviewAs the HR Admin Support you will provide comprehensive administrative support to your assigned program, process, or policy, with a specific emphasis on programs and processes related to the United States. Your main objectives are data integrity, effective employee support, and efficient HR operations.
The key responsibilities of the role are detailed below together with other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Support the maintenance of data integrity by performing day-to-day system transactions relating to the assigned HR program, process or policy, ensuring corrections are made when necessary
- Administer U.S. leave of absence and disability programs by coordinating with employees, managers, and an outsourced leave administration vendor
- Manage absence data in Payroll/HRIS system and administer paid time off during approved leaves
- Review, audit and process vendor billing and HR/Benefits invoices
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks of HR data across multiple systems to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Manage colleague queries via a central mailbox in line with SLA’s
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide training on basic HR systems usage
- Participate in HRIS (Workday) system testing, issue resolution, and enhancements
- Maintain and support a variety of reports for internal customers
- Create and maintain documentation of standard processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records, electronically and physically where appropriate
- Basic knowledge of key human resource functions including personnel administration, benefits, payroll, and time & labor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and collaborate with a variety of global internal customers
- Working knowledge of relevant employment/benefits legislation and ability to apply where appropriate
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Adept at learning new technologies/systems and training others as appropriate
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of Human Resource experience with a focus on benefits or payroll
- 2+ years of administering U.S. leave and disability programs via an outside vendor
- Experience using Workday
- CIPD Certification
- Bilingual

Compensation and EligibilityThe anticipated starting base pay for this position is $19.54-$28.65 per hour (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k) matching, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
