All new team members complete a 4-day onboarding training (Mon–Thurs, 8:30am–4:30pm) at our Arden Hills, MN training center - Ongoing support and development from experienced leadership
We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you re experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!
You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
What You'll Do- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility and transfers within the facility
- Help with medication administration (training provided)
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal assistance
- Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
- Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass medications (we ll train you!)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
- AM Shift (6AM-2PM) Availability
All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
