As a Caregiver, you will provide person‑centered care to our residents, supporting them with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing, medication administration, while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others.

Part‑time

• Days, 7 a.m.–3 p.m. (Part‑time)
• Nights, 11 p.m.–7 a.m. (Part‑time)

$20.00–$24.38 per hour, depending on experience

• Assist residents with daily living and personal care, including shampooing, showering/bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Aide in programming and activities with residents.
• Monitor the safety and well‑being of our clients.
• Prepare meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• At least one year of experience as a Caregiver (HHA, PCA, or CNA).
• A passion for geriatric care.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills.
• Good customer‑service instincts for interacting with family members and visitors.

Emerald Crest offers a specialized assisted living setting for seniors with Alzheimer’s & dementia who live in a home‑like setting that encourages engagement and reduces isolation. Each home contains 12gestellt, 15 suites arranged around a warm, central living and kitchen area. Emerald Crest of Shakopee has 40 beds overall.
