This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shakopee, MN, for a Sr. Accountant. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing complex financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, assisting with audits, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline financial processes.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in account reconciliation and attention to detail for maintaining accurate financial records
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a strong plus
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is beneficial
