Driver Labourer

£13.90 - £15.58 per hour – Temp to Perm role.

Based in Shaftesbury, Somerset. The role involves supporting a repairs and maintenance planned works team by fitting and re‑installing kitchens and bathrooms in social housing properties.

• Assist tradespeople in fitting kitchens and bathrooms, performing minor maintenance duties.
• Move materials and clear waste on site.
• Drive a company van, load and unload stock and materials for refits.
• Cover the geographical patch of properties around Shaftesbury.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move materials.
• Good time‑keeping and an outgoing customer‑service approach.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability and the ability to work well in a team.
• Can take direction and work independently on your own initiative.
• Previous labouring experience is essential.
• Basic carpentry/plumbing skills are a plus but not essential.

• 40 hours per week.
• Hourly paid (PAYE + holiday pay or rolled‑up holiday pay).
• Temp‑to‑Perm basis.
