A creative and forward-thinking secondary school in Shaftesbury is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Art Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This full-time role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about nurturing artistic expression and building students’ confidence in the visual arts.

The successful candidate will deliver imaginative and well-structured Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging students of all abilities to explore materials, develop new techniques, and grow as young artists.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent).
• Strong organisational skills and confident classroom management.
• Ability to create engaging, skills-based lessons that align with curriculum expectations.
• Strong subject expertise and a commitment to high‑quality teaching practice.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and support learners.
