Warehouse Janitorial Associate

About the Role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is opening full‑time, permanent positions for a Warehouse Janitorial Associate / Cleaning Crew Member. This role is part of our largest privately held provider of facility services in North America, servicing over 2 billion square feet of space daily.

Work schedule varies (days/nights, including weekends). Starting pay is $16.90 per hour, with a shift example of 4:45 am – 1:15 pm. Full‑time employees (30+ hours/week) qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.

• Clean restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust and remove trash.
• Maintain clean walkways at all times.
• Clean totes and other items.
• Perform deep cleaning as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Complete other basic janitorial duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Walk continuously and stand for 10‑12 hours throughout the shift.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, instruction manuals and chemical safety sheets/documents (generally in English; Spanish may be provided where state requires).
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, foot pedals and manual operations (picking, pinching, holding, grasping) and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation).
• Use the KBSPresence mobile time‑keeping software on a personal device; cell phone reimbursement is provided.
