FARM ACCOUNTING MANAGER

We’re offering an opportunity for a current team member to step into a key role by working as a Sr. Accounting Analyst - Farming. The role is responsible for supporting the Farm Accounting team, utilizing skills and experience to ensure timely and accurate analysis, assist in maintaining accurate financial records, and take accountability for various segments of the Cost Accounting/Crop Inventory process.

This role will play a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and contributing to the overall success of the department.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, required.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Financial Analysis with increasingly responsible experience, required.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP, required.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required.
• Ability to analyze financial data.
• Ability to identify/communicate issues as they arise.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Detail Oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate meaningful insights and analysis.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.

• Previous Ag/Cost Accounting or Public Accounting experience a plus.
• Previous ERP software experience preferred.

Starting Wage: $90,000 - $120,000 / YEAR
