Part-time / 2.5 days per week from 8:00am - 4:00pm & 8:00am - 12:00pm, with on-call & weekend rotation required;
Pay range begins at $30.12/hr
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Minimum:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program;
Bachelor degree in nursing science (BSN)
Preferred:
Bachelor degree in nursing science from an accredited nursing program accredited by a professional nursing accrediting body.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Registered Nurse Licensure from the state of Indiana; CPR required. COS-C preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum:
At least two years Med-Surg experience required and previous Home Health or Hospice experience.
Preferred: 1-2 years nursing experience in Home Health and Hospice. Uses computerized documentation system.
