• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 2:1 or 1:1

• Dress Code:
Professional nurse attire

• Pay Rate: $48-$51 per hr

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana or compact state – Registered Nurse jobs in Indiana

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience

• Previous travel nursing experience required

•

Certifications:

AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS

• Ability and willingness to float to Med Surg and other clinical units as needed

ICU RN Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and analyze clinical data

• Deliver high-quality critical care nursing in a safe, efficient manner

• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient care

• Utilize advanced unit equipment:
Liberty Peritoneal Dialysis Cycler, Meditech, Omnicell, Philips monitors, Alaris IV pumps, and NICOM

• Float to Med Surg and other hospital departments within scope as required
