Position: OR Circulating RN Duties:
Circulating nurse; patient positioning and prep. Cases include General, GYN, ENT, and Urology. Equipment/EMR:
Meditech EMR, Stryker video equipment, Bovie, Gyrus. Requirements:
Competent in the OR Experience in General, GYN, ENT, and Urology AHA BLS & ACLS IN or Compact RN license

Schedule:

No on-call Either 4×10-hour shifts or 5×7.5-hour shifts Unit Details: 8 OR rooms Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:1 Hospital scrubs Orientation:
Peer-led orientation with checklist and competency validation. Rates & Notes:
Bill rate: $85/hr | OT/CB: $95 | Holiday: $127.50 | OC: $5 AP rate: $79.90 | AP OT/CB: $89.30 | AP Holiday: $119.85 | AP OC: $4.70 4×10s = 38 guaranteed hrs/week (30-min unpaid break daily) ASAP start Local (within 80 miles): $8/hr less Non-billable orientation: 8 hrs (guaranteed hours do not apply) Call-off policy:
