Machining Engineer – 2nd Shift; On-Site

We are looking for a talented Machining Engineer – 2nd Shift (On-Site)to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Seymour Machining Center
in Seymour, IN.

• Support Efficient Manufacturing Processes
  Assist in planning and implementing machining processes that improve productivity and meet product specifications.
• Collaborate on Tooling and Part Selection
  Work with engineering teams to לקריון identify necessary parts and tools, reducing setup times and optimizing changeovers.
• Contribute to Product and Performance Improvements
  Analyze product issues and recommend enhancements to improve quality and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Design and Development Activities
  Assist in the design, development, and evaluation of technical products and systems to ensure alignment with manufacturing goals.
• Perform Equipment Evaluations and Documentation
  Conduct engineering design assessments and document findings, recommending design alterations to enhance quality and reliability.
• Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  Utilize lean and continuous improvement tools to increase equipment availability and capability across the plant.
• Enhance Crossմամբ-Functional Collaboration
  Work closely with engineering, operations, and supplier teams to ensure seamless integration of machining processes.
• Support Implementation of Advanced Technologies
  Contribute to the adoption of innovative machining solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
