Compensation & Earning Potential$45,000 $ 65,000 guaranteed base salary (based on experience)
Aggressive, uncapped commission structure your performance directly drives your income

What You'll DoProspect new business through calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals
Generate leads and build a sales pipeline
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
Identify client hiring needs and present staffing solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service and account support
Track activity and opportunities in CRM
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client success
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
0 2 years of sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Organized with basic computer/CRM skills
