The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this role. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

* Develop precise estimates for labor, equipment, PPE, materials, and disposal necessary for complex field service projects.
* Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure projects are completed safely and within the scope of the quotation.
* Complete all quotes within 72 hours.
* Maintain high margins and a strong win ratio through prompt and accurate quoting.
* Implement profitable pricing strategies while analyzing competition within the District.
* Act as the primary point of contact for pricing and quoting inquiries from sales and operations within the District and Region.
* Work with the Field Service Coordinator or Branch Manager to assess the manpower, equipment, and resources needed for scheduled and emergency response projects.
* Contribute to pricing and execution strategies for opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
* Advise users on best practices for submitting detailed project information via Salesforce for accurate quotes.
* Incorporate feedback from sales and operations to improve quoting accuracy.
* Meet or exceed revenue targets while supporting business units in achieving profitability goals.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
