Overview
Ansonia Seymour Veterinary Hospital in Seymour, CT is looking for a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We operate two sister hospitals located in Seymour and Ansonia, CT. We provide integrative care for canines, felines, exotics, and pocket pets in a warm, community-focused environment. Our facility features additional exam rooms, a new treatment area, a dedicated dental space, and areas for inpatient and outpatient treatments.
We’re offering a $50k sign-on bonus for the right candidate!
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to patients in a small animal general practice.
- Engage in wellness, illness, and surgical caseload management with a collaborative team.
- Utilize technology and equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, dental and surgical suites.
- Support client relationships through clear communication and education.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required).
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
- Strong communication and client education skills.
- Up to $150k annual salary plus production bonus.
- $50k sign-on bonus.
- DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program — annual bonuses based on production.
