• Overnight staffing, scheduling, training, and coordination of resources to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Partner with clinical and operations teams to create a safe, responsive, and healing environment.
• Recruitment and hiring assistance for overnight shift candidates.
• Onboarding and development for direct care staff, including initial training and long‑term career growth processes.
• Manage interpersonal and/or performance issues with HR.
• Maintain proactive staffing plans and schedules to uphold patient safety and required staffing ratios.
• Process payroll, time off requests, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Provide crisis support and intervene during crisis situations.
• Assist on the floor to fill staffing gaps.
• Serve as point of contact for overnight crisis situations for parents and provide updates to clinical and operational teams.
• Communicate with daytime Operation Managers to ensure protocols for patient safety are in place.
• Schedule regular staff meetings and training sessions for overnight direct care staff.
• Conduct documentation and training audits, ensuring chart note completion, accurate recordkeeping, and compliance with required training (e.g., Relias).
• Attend RCAs and other meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in human services, counseling, psychology, or social work preferred.
• State approved credential OR minimum one (1) year of experience working with adolescents/young adults in a mental health setting required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for insurance coverage for driving company vehicles.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Health screening, TB clearance, valid CPR, and criminal record clearance required prior to employment.
• Completion of CPI and CPR training within first 30 days.
