Scoular is seeking a Materials Handler for its Warehouse Department. The role focuses on accurate packaging of customer sales orders, inventory control, and equipment management while collaborating closely with Operations, Transportation, FSQ, and Supply Chain to achieve alignment of goals.

• Ensure all customer sales orders are accurately packaged and ready to ship.
• Perform inventory control: compare bills of lading, verify material quantities, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile inventory reports.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, with proper care and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to align on operational objectives.
• Deliver quality work within deadlines, interact professionally with staff, customers, and suppliers, and communicate effectively with the larger team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Prior food industry or food‑processing experience is a plus.
• Forklift operator certification or experience.
