Hours and ShiftFull Time (36 Hours Weekly), Temporary, Variable Shift.
Responsibilities- The Primary Care Nurse is in charge of resident care for a specific group of residents, including supervision of team members.
- Supervises and provides nursing services delivered by the Shahbazim, supervised by and directly accountable to the Director of Nursing (DNS) through the licensed nurses in the homes.
- Co‑ordinates referrals to other members of the clinical support team, families, and physicians.
- Serves as the point of contact for elder information.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- 6+ months of nursing experience in a health care facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center).
- Supervision/leadership experience.
$43.12 – $66.95 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
