Registered Nurse Supervisor – Long Term Care
Location - Seward, AK
Pay: $49 - $76/hr based on experience

Join an innovative long-term care environment that empowers elders and the teams who support them. This full-time, day-shift leadership role guides a 24-hour care team and plays a key part in delivering a relationship-centered model focused on dignity, autonomy, and whole-person care.

• Oversee daily and 24-hour nursing operations for an assigned group of elders, ensuring safe, person-centered care.
• Lead and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a positive care environment.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary partners to address needs, concerns, and care priorities.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Alaska RN license (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS certification (within 30 days of hire).
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience with gerontology experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, along with prior long-term care experience or a BSN.
