Nurse Educator - Seward Medical Center

Responsible for hospital unit based education program planning, development and implementation. This includes, but is not limited to: validating required educational needs and competencies for staff; developing training programs and processes; oversight of preceptorship program; ensuring staff education records are maintained; and, keeping leadership team informed of staff education needs.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 3 years- in a clinical setting.

• Bachelor's Degree
  - Nursing.
