Job Title: Sales Associate III

• Achieves individual sales goals.
• Develops strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Delivers exemplary customer service by providing the kate spade experience.
• Develops a personal connection with guests using appropriate selling skills.
• Elevates selling culture in partnership with Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Initiates business-driving events in store in collaboration with store leadership.
• Builds brand equity by understanding and communicating the kate spade brand aesthetic and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
• Builds strong client relationships as a brand ambassador and communicates client feedback to leadership to improve service and sales.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
• Performs and supervises store opening/closing procedures, including handling funds and securing the facility.

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Standing for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable climbing ladders.

BASE PAY RANGE $15.00 TO $17.00 Hourly
