Hallmark Field Merchandiser (Part-Time) – Sevierville, TN

As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently, showcasing organization, time‑management, and relationship‑building skills with store teams. You will optimise product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations.

• Hourly rate: $13.50–$15.50 (based on skills and experience)
• Annual pay increases for eligible employees
• Part‑time, variable schedule
• Average weekly hours: 4–6
• Availability required before and after major holidays, including weekends

• Use mobile device to restock, organise, and monitor Hallmark products; utilise technology for reporting and communication.
• Provide professional interaction with store employees, management, and customers; manage full Hallmark product display.
• Support holiday demand – additional hours during holidays and sometimes on the holidays themselves.
• Participate in department resets, installations, and remodels as notified up to two weeks in advance.
• Assist team members within the field organisation as needed.

This is a physically demanding role requiring consistent lifting, pushing, and carrying. You must:

• Lift, pull, and carry up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms.
• Be able to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or ladders.

• Minimum age 18.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Operate digital handheld devices and a Wi‑Fi network.
• Have consistent transportation to and between assigned stores.
