The Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards setләргә by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer's visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food feestje’s Permit and/or Serv Safe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
