Frame Puller

Overview

The full‑time Frame Puller is responsible for accurately and promptly pulling outgoing frame orders and hitting a minimum weight goal per year. This is a warehouse associate position that acts as a material handler, inventory associate, and forklift operator.

• Loading and unloading freight such as lumber and/or building supplies.
• Achieving a minimum weight goal per year (Year 1: 8,000 lbs/hour, Year 2: 9,000 lbs/hour, Year 3: 10,000 lbs/hour, Year 4: 11,000 lbs/hour, etc.).
• Maintaining a safe, clean and well‑organized lumber yard and caring for equipment.
• Shrink control.
• Forklift training, certification, and operation.
• Communicating delays or discrepancies to management.

• Accurately pull outgoing frame orders.
• Maintain area of responsibility.
• Keep management aware of any delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well‑organized lumber yard and caring for equipment.
• Shrink control.
• Forklift training, certification, and operation.
• Communicating delays or discrepancies to management.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one‑on‑one.
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
