base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Role is eligible for team bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

responsibilities:

• provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
• assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care, as well as household chores like vacuuming, dusting, and dishes.
• engage residents in meaningful conversations and attentive care.
• completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulations.
