• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
• Answer or refer inquiries from residents, family members and vendors.
• Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group
• Computer knowledge
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required

8am-8pm Varied

Casual/PRN - Flexible Scheduling

Receptionist Experience Preferred.

Starting Pay - $17.85/hr
