Resident Assistant aka Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

CNA
or
PCA professionals to join our amazing care team.

Full Time 1st Shift- 7am-3pm

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.)
• Support residents during meals and activities
• Respond promptly to resident calls and needs
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure residents' comfort and safety
• Help maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas
• Assist with laundry and phone calls as needed

• CNA certification
  or
  PCA certification (or willing to obtain)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be
  18 years or older
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries is a plus
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
