Responsibilities
- Prepare and review business and personal tax returns accurately and efficiently
- Advise clients on tax planning and compliance strategies
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations
- Assist in resolving tax-related issues with authorities
- Mentor junior staff and support training initiatives
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and deadlines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation
- CPA certification or EA designation preferred
- Proven expertise in individual and business tax preparation
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Lacerte preferred.
