Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician supports the Property Management team in ensuring the quality and safety of residential and commercial units managed by Fello Communities. The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of routine maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. This role installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains facilities and equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems.

• High school diploma or GED and at least four years of experience in facility maintenance and/or property management.
• Broad understanding of building systems, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Certification in plumbing, HVAC, or other facility‑related trades is a plus.
• Valid Maryland Driver’s License with no more than two points and a satisfactory driving record.
• Candidate must live within 15 miles of one of Fello’s Anne Arundel County offices.
