Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources;
Process meat according to specifications including cutting, slicing, grinding, and wrapping;
Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment and utilize handheld technology to support production decisions;
Maintain inventory, monitor in-stock levels, and control shrinkage to ensure product availability;
Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored
