Position:
Residential Graduate Licensed Therapist
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide clinical services to service members diagnosed with a wide range of mental health and substance use disabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity for exposure to service members in their home environment, providing a more authentic and robust therapeutic experience compared to traditional clinical settings.
- Graduate-level licensure in Maryland to provide mental health services (e.g., LGPC, LGSW, LGMFT, LGDAC, etc.)
- Supervision is provided in-house for graduate-level candidates
- Full Time, Salaried
- Location – Severn, MD
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions and social casework for residents
- Collaborate with the treatment team to diagnose, formulate treatment plans, and evaluate progress
- Provide social work treatment in alignment with medical treatment plans
- Prepare socio‑psychiatric case history information and assessments
- Ensure regulatory and billing compliance for all services delivered
- Assist clients with medication monitoring, meal planning, and Activities of Daily Living

- Pay Range: $68,841 – $77,102 per year, paid bi‑weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience.
- Other Compensation:
Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance). - PTO:
New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro‑rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro‑rated based on start date). - Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year.
- Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available loyer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
