Vesta, Inc. is a financially stable, not-for-profit mental health company in Maryland, providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare services. We are currently seeking a dynamic Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Coordinator for the Severn Region. In this role, you ll lead all aspects of daily operations, driving growth and program development for our PRP/Day Program.

Responsibilities- Develop program curriculum and oversee service delivery and billing
- Supervise staff and provide leadership in program growth and development
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new programs and services
- Monitor financials and cultivate an environment of integrity and cultural awareness
- CPRP certification or licensed mental health therapist (LGPC/LMSW/LCPC/LCSW-C)
- Valid driver s license with reliable transportation
- 3 years of management experience preferred
- 5 years of mental health experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation and BenefitsPay Range: $58,629 - $65,664 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience.
Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).
PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).
Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year
Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available loyer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
Health Benefits: Full-time salaried employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).
