Chiller​/Refrigeration Engineer

This role is perfect for a technically minded engineer who wants to stay out of London while working across a varied mix of refrigeration and chiller systems. You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on chillers, refrigeration packs, and cold storage equipment, covering commercial and industrial sites across Kent and the South East.

Using a remote monitoring platform, you’ll often be able to diagnose and resolve faults before even heading out to site, keeping callouts efficient and minimising wasted travel. The position involves working independently across key client sites, supported by a close-knit regional service team and a hands‑on manager who backs his engineers.

• Proven experience in refrigeration and/or chiller servicing
• F‑Gas certification (essential)
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving ability
• Confidence working independently across different sites and plant types
• Familiarity with controls, BMS, or PLC systems (advantageous)

• Salary around £46,000
• Kent-based role - no London work required
• Overtime paid at enhanced rates (up to double time)
• Standard 40-hour week (08:30 to 17:30)
