Relief Security Officer – Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services

Location:

Biggin Hill, Kent

Pay: £14.16 per hour, minimum 8 hours per week.

Required licences: SIA licence (Guarding or Door Supervisor). CCTV licence desirable – training provided.

Driving licence and own vehicle desirable but not essential.

• Greeting staff and visitors, managing /access badges, ensuring site policies are followed
• Performing full patrols and check‑ins across the campus
• Responding to alarms and emergency incidents
• Managing CCTV and access control systems
• Communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners – both written and verbally
• Maintaining high standards of dress and professionalism

• Valid SIA licence (Guarding or Door Supervisor)
• CCTV licence, or willingness to be trained
• Flexibility to work day/night/weekend shifts on a rotating 4 on/4 off pattern
• Confidence using IT systems, phones, email and client internal systems
• Corporate security experience or strong customer‑facing skills
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle highly desirable but not essential
