Production Planner (aviation) - Biggin Hill, Kent - Full Time | On-Site

Shorterm Group is currently working with an aviation company who have
an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and driven Production Planner to join their expanding team at Biggin Hill. You will play a key role in shaping and managing production schedules to ensure customer expectations are met, resources are optimised, and standards remain consistently high.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating, updating, and managing production schedules aligned with customer deadlines.
Working collaboratively across departments to maintain seamless workflow.

Tracking inventory and adjusting planning requirements as needed.

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

Analysing data to produce detailed, accurate production plans.

Using scheduling tools to monitor and report progress.

Liaising with supply chain colleagues to ensure timely availability of materials.

Overseeing quality considerations throughout each production stage.

What You'll Bring:

Minimum GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths

A-Levels or an equivalent vocational qualification

Strong organisational abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities

An analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail

Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word
