This is a full-time role for an Air Conditioning & Renewables Operations Manager, located in the London, Surrey or Kent Area, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing air conditioning and renewable projects, ensuring timely and successful project delivery, and managing operational aspects of the business. Responsibilities include project planning, team management, liaising with clients and stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

The candidate will also be responsible for driving innovation and implementing best practices in renewable energy and air conditioning solutions.

• Proven expertise in air conditioning systems, renewable energy technologies, and project management
• Strong skills in team leadership, operations management, and multitasking for handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client management and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to building and MEP maintenance
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for project planning and monitoring
• Familiarity with budget management and cost control in project execution
• Relevant certifications in air conditioning and renewable technologies are highly desirable
• Experience in the building maintenance or facilities management sector is a plus
