Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Services to lead and develop our mental health services during an exciting period.kode of growth.

Role Responsibilities

This senior leadership role will oversee service quality, compliance, impact and equity, while inspiring and supporting three Service Leads. Working closely with the Interim Chief Operating Officer, youwera help shape the future of our services and ensure they are client‑centred, evidence‑based and responsive to community need.

Qualifications wewerpen strong leadership experience in mental health or related services, a deep understanding of safeguarding and GDPR, confidence using data to evidence impact, and a clear commitment drive equity and inclusion.

Location & Working Mode Sevenoaks with flexiblearlow hybrid working. Contract Details

We proud offering an initial six‑month 22.5 hours per week contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role subject to performance and organisational needs.
