Retail Cleaner

Overview

Arcus is looking for a part‑time In‑Store Cleaner for Sainsbury's Sevenoaks store on a fixed‑term basis until February 2026. The role requires 25 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.

• Sunday: 16:00 – 20:00
• Monday:
  Day off
• Tuesday: 13:30 – 20:00
• Wednesday:
  Day off
• Thursday: 15:00 – 20:00
• Friday: 15:00 – 20:00
• Saturday: 15:00 – 20:00

Additional overtime opportunities may be available.

Cleaners complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety within Sainsbury's stores. Tasks may include:

• Operating cleaning machinery
• Performing mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to keep stores clean
• Cleansing toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies when required
• Cleaning trolley bays outside the store, removing leaves and debris
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as on‑the‑job training will be provided.

An eye for detail and cleanliness.

A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.
