Your role at a glance
Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, following manufacturer standards
Conduct thorough inspections to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
Provide expert technical advice to customers with professionalism and clarity
Maintain outstanding customer service standards to build trust and loyalty
Work collaboratively with service reception and workshop teams to ensure a smooth workflow

What we're looking for

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification)
Strong knowledge of vehicle safety standards and guidelines
Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy
Ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining attention to detail
A team player with strong collaboration skills
A valid MOT licence is a plus but not essential
A full UK driving licence is required
