The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity. The firm is dedicated to providing a high standard of client care, and you'll be expected to maintain these values while contributing to the department's ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Advising clients on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, and lease extensions
• Providing top-tier legal services while delivering exceptional client care
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Actively contributing to the firm's growth by developing new client opportunities

What You'll Need:

• A minimum of 2 years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• A solid track record of handling a variety of residential property transactions
• A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
