Operations Executive - Leading tech Co; AI​/Robotics​/Marketing

A fast-growing tech-meets-tradition company using robots to bring back the lost art of personal touch m handwritten letters to high-end card campaigns, we help brands forge deeper customer connections — powered by robotics, but delivered with a personal touch.

They are now hiring their first Operations Executive to help power the day-to-day magic behind our campaigns — a unique blend of tech, operations, and hands-on production. This is a vital role that will grow as the company grows.

Manage the full lifecycle of client campaigns — from setup, robot configuration, and QA to physically stuffing, stamping, and posting finished letters/cards.

Operate and maintain our growing fleet of handwriting robots — ensure they’re always running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and work with the owner to improve reliability and output.

Keep an eye on campaign timelines and client expectations. Communicate internally to ensure we deliver exceptional service and meet SLAs across multiple client accounts.

Spot inefficiencies or bottlenecks in how campaigns are managed and fulfilled. Bring ideas and help implement smarter ways of working.

This is not just an ops role — it’s a foundational opportunity with growth into running full client contracts, managing new hires, scaling infrastructure, and playing a pivotal role in the future of the company.

Support in day to day help in the office with the owner, such as stationery management, lead generation, postage and inbound enquiries.

• Tech-literate – Comfortable with modern tech and curious about hardware, automation, and robotics.
• Hands-on – You’re as happy folding paper (we have a machine for this) and applying stamps as you are tweaking robot setups or mapping campaigns.
• Self-motivated – You’ll often be working solo with support from the founder. You take ownership and stay on top of details.
• Enthusiastic & driven – You thrive in autonomous fast-paced environments and love being part of something early-stage and ambitious.
• Process-minded – You’re always thinking: “Is there a better way to do this?”
• Bonus:
  Interest or experience in Laser Technology, Python, Arduino, 3D printing, Raspberry Pi, or automation.
• This is an in office job (M-F) that requires a car to attend the office.
• Are you confident in using a wide range of software applications and the willingness to learn? They use in-house software and commercial software such as Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape and more.
• Are you interested or had exposure to software development, programming or automation? This isn t a requirement, however a keen interest is beneficial.
