We're looking for an experienced Clinical Lead (RMN) to join our newly refurbished 24-bed service supporting males with complex mental health and neurological needs.
🕒 Full-time | Permanent | Mon-Fri
Role- Lead the nursing team and deputise for the Registered Manager
- Maintain high clinical standards and CQC compliance
- Oversee care planning, CPA, medication and audits
- Promote person-centred, recovery-focused care
- NMC registration (RMN)
- Mental Health experience (Rehab, Low Secure or Forensic)
- Knowledge of MHA, CPA & PBS
- PMVA / De-escalation training
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
