Shift details: 8‑4 pm

Our team is dedicated to supporting residents with compassion and respect. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will work as part of a team to maintain cleanliness and laundry standards according to our standard operating procedures.

• Carry out all cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
• Understand cleaning requirements for different surfaces and coverings, ensuring areas are well presented and maintained.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, protecting their personal space and belongings.

• Maintain high-quality housekeeping and laundry services for residents.
• Adapt and cover a range of duties on short notice.

• Knowledge of Health and Safety, including Moving and Handling, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
• Experience cleaning laundry in a public or care setting.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to resident care.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible to cover various responsibilities.

• DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
