We help first-time buyers, buy-to-let investors, and remortgage clients navigate the UK property market — in their language, with their culture in mind. The Role We're looking for a qualified, experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our team and take on a caseload of warm, referred clients from day one. You'll be advising primarily Brazilian Portuguese-speaking clients across residential and buy-to-let mortgages, providing a genuinely personal and culturally-aware service that sets Dream Casa apart. You won't be cold calling or hunting for leads — our clients come to us through community trust, referrals, and an established digital presence.

What You'll Be Doing Advising clients on residential mortgages, remortgages, and buy-to-let products Conducting fact-finds and producing compliant, tailored mortgage recommendations Managing your own pipeline from enquiry through to completion Building lasting relationships with clients and introducers Collaborating with our protection adviser and admin support to deliver a seamless client experience What We're Looking For CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) — essential Fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and English — essential Proven experience as a mortgage adviser in the UK market Strong understanding of the residential and buy-to-let mortgage landscape Excellent communication skills and a warm, client-first approach Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving business environment
