Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely management reporting, supporting strategic decision‑making, and improving financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
- Monitor financial performance against KPIs and business targets
- Maintain and enhance financial controls, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
- Support statutory audit and external reporting processes
- Review and optimise internal reporting tools and dashboards
- Partner with operational and commercial teams including product, marketing, and sales
- Assist with cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and cost analysis
- Drive finance system improvements and automation initiatives
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or finalist with relevant experience
- 35 years experience in a finance role, ideally within management accounting
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Ability to present complex data clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaborative approach
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or leisure industry
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems and reporting tools
- Knowledge of VAT and compliance in multi‑entity or cross‑border environments
- Competitive salary of £60,000
