We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Commercial Accountant to join our Finance team in Westerham. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our business through accurate management accounting, financial analysis, and process improvement. You’ll work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to drive productivity, efficiency, and informed decision‑making.

• Provide accurate and timely management information to support business decisions.
• Prepare and reconcile rebate accounting for EMEAA, and act as accountant for Marketing and Product Management functions.
• Meet reporting deadlines and deliver quality supporting information for management review.
• Ensure financial processes are automated, systematic, and provide a clear audit trail.
• Produce budgets and forecasts for Marketing, Promotions, Projects, and Rebates.
• Assist product management with business cases, ensuring financial data is accurate and consistent.
• Maintain approval processes and digital storage of business cases for easy access.
• Review trading agreements and ensure internal templates, processes, and controls are followed.
• Authorise rebate and agent commission credit note payments.
• Maintain and manage the financial management system (e.g., Anaplan).
• Support confidential corporate projects as required by the Financial Controller or Finance Director.
• Identify problems and implement solutions to improve financial processes.
• Carry out any reasonable duties as requested by the Finance leadership team.

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA full/part qualified (or working towards).
• Proven analytical skills and a track record of problem‑solving.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to see the big picture while managing detailed projects.
