Commercial Drainage Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Drainage Engineer to join our growing team, supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across the M25 corridor.

• Inspect, diagnose, and survey commercial drainage systems to identify blockages, leaks, structural defects, and performance issues.
• Carry out and oversee drainage installations, repairs, and planned and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites.
• Ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards and statutory regulations.
• Produce clear technical reports, specifications, and recommendations for remedial works, upgrades, and asset improvements.
• Work closely with facilities managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver works on time and to commercial standards.
• Implement preventative maintenance strategies to reduce flooding risk, water ingress, and business disruption.
• Apply sustainable drainage solutions where appropriate, supporting environmental and ESG objectives.
• Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety legislation, RAMS, and site-specific compliance requirements.

• Proven experience in commercial drainage engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial drainage systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites, effectively managing workload and priorities.
• Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach when liaising with stakeholders and site teams.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
