We are currently looking for a Facilities & Engineering Lead to join our vibrant and expanding team in Westerham, Kent.
Hours of Work:
Full time
The Facilities & Engineering Lead will be responsible for managing the Engineering and Maintenance teams, implementing strategic initiatives to optimise site performance, and leading key projects that support the organisation's growth. You will develop and execute maintenance strategies, lead capital projects from conception through to successful commissioning, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.

Your role is vital in fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and operational excellence.
Facilities & Engineering Lead Requirements:
Significant experience leading Manufacturing and/or Maintenance Engineering teams.
Proven track record designing and implementing new product lines using cellular manufacturing methodologies.
Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of EHS regulations related to facilities management and experience managing contractors.
